Of course. We ship our products worldwide. If your country is not listed in shipping list, please contact us.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our standard order processing time is 3 working days. Shipping time is additional. Standard shipping time to European Union is 7 days and other countries 14 days. Depending from the destination country, there may be additional delays because customs procedures etc.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is very simple. First, find from our shop product you like. Then make sure you choose all right options like size, color and quantity before clicking “Add to basket”. Now this item is stored in your basket. Feel free to add additional items you like.

After you have finished shopping, proceed to “Shop → Checkout”. Now you have to fill out all necessary fields so we know where should we send your products. Check “create an account” if you like to save your data for next purchase. If you are returning customer, you can login and skip entering all your data again.

Now check, that your cart contains products you have chosen and there are no mistakes. If everything is good, choose suitable payment option. After you have completed your payment, you will get confirmation email from us with details to your purchase. If we have shipped your products, you will get another email with tracking number. Now you have nothing more to do than wait until our products arrive and start using them. Be aware, that depending from country, additional import taxes and customs fees may apply. Any customs fees and taxes that are charged by country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, contact us immediately over email (link) or phone (number). If we have not yet shipped your order, no additional fees will apply and we will cancel or change your order and refund your purchase accordingly. If we have already shipped your order, you have to return parcel to us and pay for return shipping. We will refund your order in original amount after we receive products in unused condition.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, account is not needed. Though, having an account allows you to track your order through our website. And if you like our products and would like to make another purchase in the future, you don’t have to enter all your data again.

How Do I Track My Order?

After we ship your order, we will send you an email with tracking number and instructions. Then go to “Contacts → Order Tracking” in our webpage and enter your order ID and billing email to track your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you don’t like our product or you have other issues with our product, you can return a product during 14 days from purchase after contacting us over email (link) or phone (number). Please don’t return products without return number provided from us, otherwise we can’t guarantee returned products will be correctly refunded.
